Description

  • Client Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and requests related to motorcar insurance policies.
  • Assist clients in completing necessary documentation for policy applications and claims.


  • Documentation Management:
  • Maintain organized records of client accounts, policy documentation, and claims files.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate and up-to-date in the company’s database.


  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.


  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the underwriting and claims departments to facilitate communication regarding client accounts and claims.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to gather necessary documentation and information for clients.


  • Financial Record Keeping:
  • Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable processes, including tracking payments.
  • Support the preparation of invoices and financial reports as needed.


  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database management.
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
  • Adaptable and open to learning new processes and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges with a positive attitude.
