Description

  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence and database maintenance within Ostrea Mineral Laboratories.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and assist with the organization of company events and meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and contribute a positive experience.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or relevant field.
  • Experience Level: Open to new graduates with less than 1 year of experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in system monitoring, HTTPS, and Microsoft Office suite. Must have strong problem-solving abilities, be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee administrative operations, maintain systems, ensure network security and manage office software. Also responsible for documentation and reporting.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours. May require occasional after-hours support for system monitoring.
  • Qualities and Traits: Looking for an organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a dedication to continual learning and improvement.
