Description

  • Manage daily office operations, supporting the team at Ako Bicol Online TV, a leader in Advertising & Arts Media.
  • Coordinate appointments, handle inquiries, and maintain records with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Provide clerical support, organize files, and perform office supply inventory.
  • Liaise with clients and assist in scheduling ad campaigns.
  • Support financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking and reporting.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of High/Senior High School degree required.
  • Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students with no prior experience necessary.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in basic administrative tasks, good computer and communication skills, well-organized with attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage clerical activities, support staff, handle correspondence, maintain records, and assist in the scheduling of appointments.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard work hours with potential for occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, punctuality, reliability, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
