Description
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the administration and finance departments.
- Ensure financial reporting and compliance with government regulations.
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.
- Conduct financial analysis and recommend strategies for efficiency.
- Coordinate HR tasks and ensure smooth administrative workflows.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial reporting, and knowledge of BIR regulations
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
- Working Conditions: May require extended hours during peak financial periods
