Description

We are Asia Teleservices Inc (Asiatel Outsourcing), a rapidly growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company based at the heart of Ortigas Center Pasig, Philippines, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Admin and Accounting Associate. With a team of 200 employees, we have been providing exceptional outsourcing services to our clients since 2006.


Role Overview:


As a Admin & Accounting Associate, this position is pivotal in providing essential administrative support, managing documents, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient data management.



Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize emails, calendars, and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle administrative requests and queries.


Assist with Basic Accounting Functions:

  • Create and verifying CTCs and other legal documents.
  • Providing general support in financial administration.
  • Prepare invoices and ensure timely delivery to clients.


Document Creation and Management:

  • Create and maintain contracts (CTCs) and other legal documents.
  • Prepare invoices and ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Maintain and update electronic filing systems.
  • Maintaining attendance records/timekeeping

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Admin and Accounting Associate or in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office software.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HR tools and Basic Accounting software 
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with project management tools will be an advantage.
