JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• With at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable role in a BPO Company
• Can start working as soon as possible is an advantage
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Amenable to work on site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and balance supplier bills, making sure they are accurate and according to corporate guidelines.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address any inconsistencies or problems.
• Keep current and correct vendor records and payment details.
• Help with account reconciliations and financial report preparation
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of accounts payable procedures and processes
