We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Staff responsible for handling daily sales reporting, payment processing, and general clerical accounting functions across multiple retail stores. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and manage high-volume transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Reports Management

• Check, verify, and post daily sales reports from all stores
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data before posting
• Reconcile discrepancies and coordinate with stores for corrections

Payment Processing

• Receive, review, and validate requests for payments
• Process supplier payments accurately and on time
• Ensure all supporting documents are complete and properly filed

Record Keeping & Documentation

• Maintain organized and updated accounting records and files
• Encode and post financial transactions in the system
• Assist in monthly reconciliation and reporting requirements

General Accounting Support

• Perform clerical and administrative accounting tasks as needed
• Support finance team in audits and documentation requirements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

Qualifications

At least 2 years experience in accounting or finance role, preferably in retail business

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Able to handle bulk transactions efficiently
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in basic accounting systems and MS Excel

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling multi-branch or multi-store accounting
• Familiarity with sales reporting and accounts payable processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
