Description

1. Client Relationship Management:

* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

* Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.

* Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.


2. Sales and Revenue Growth:

* Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.

* Identify and pursue opportunities with existing and new accounts.

* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.


3. Financial Oversight:

* Monitor account budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.

* Review and approve client invoices and manage collections.

* Provide financial reports and forecasts to senior management.


4. Account Planning and Strategy:

* Analyze market trends and client data to identify growth opportunities.

* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement account strategies.


5. Project and Delivery Management:

* Oversee the execution of client projects to ensure they meet expectations.

* Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project delivery.


6. Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

* Measure and improve client satisfaction levels.

* Address and resolve client complaints and concerns promptly.

* Implement client feedback to improve service delivery.


7. Team Leadership and Development:

* Provide leadership and guidance to account management team members.

* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

* Identify training and development needs and organize relevant programs.


8. Reporting and Documentation:

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

* Prepare and present regular reports on account performance.

* Ensure all documentation is complete and complies with company policies.


9. Risk Management:

* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

* Develop contingency plans for potential account issues.


10. Innovation and Improvement:

* Continuously seek ways to improve account management processes.

* Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

* Stay updated with industry trends and integrate relevant changes.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree (Journalism, mass communications, comm arts, marketing, business management)
  • Have at least 3 years experience in a media company
