JOB DESCRIPTION

The Accounting Assistant will support daily accounting entries, reconciliations, filing, and month-end requirements. The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Encode and review accounting transactions and supporting documents.

• Prepare basic bank, cash, supplier, or customer reconciliations.

• Organize invoices, receipts, vouchers, and accounting files.

• Assist with month-end schedules, audit requests, and tax support.

• Follow up missing documents and discrepancies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College Level or accounting-related education preferred; relevant experience may be considered.

• 0–1 year of accounting or finance support experience preferred.

• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and document control.

• Knowledge of Excel and accounting or finance software.

• Able to meet reporting deadlines and maintain confidential records.

• Knowledge of Philippine accounting or tax practices is an advantage.
