System Analysis Deep Learning Platform Operation

Description

  • Lead and manage a team of accounts payable members.
  • Provide guidance, training, periodic performance evaluation and support to ensure the team's effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Establish, maintain and actively seek opportunities to enhance the accounts payable process.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate processing invoices, ensuring these are properly approved, entered into the accounting system and paid accurately and on time.
  • Maintain positive relationship with vendors and suppliers. Ensure that queries related to payments are addresses and disputes are properly managed.
  • Analyze account payable data in conjunction with inventory movements, prepare periodic reports, and provide financial insights to management.



Requirement


  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • Strong sense of integrity and honestly
  • Strong supervisory and analytical skills
  • Capable of communication to all levels on organization
  • Capable of utilizing various tools in problem solving
