ACCOUNTING STAFF/ASSISTANT

Location: Calumpang, Marikina

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare summaries and review Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipts for all commissaries from the Head Office, including Jollibee Food Corporation, Fresh and Famous, Mang Inasal, and Gerry’s Grill.
2. Prepare Gift Checks, Sodexo, and other tie-up documents for submission to the Head Office (Jollibee Food Corporation, Fresh and Famous, Mang Inasal, and Gerry’s Grill) on a semi-monthly basis.
3. Perform other tasks as assigned by the accounting team to support overall financial and administrative operations.

• Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or any business-related course. 
• Certified Public Accountant is an advantage.
• Proficient in computer operations, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
