Description
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support decision-making.
- Collaborate across departments, providing financial expertise and clear insights.
- Support monthly and yearly financial close processes, maintaining data accuracy.
- Identify risks, solve financial discrepancies, and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and tax requirements.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or auditing.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of government and tax compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of government and tax compliance is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Communication Skills:
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

- Organizational Skills:
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing effectively.
- Experience supporting monthly and yearly financial close processes is preferred.
