Description

  • Responsible for Tax authority and Tax update.
  • Managing the outsource accounting.
  • Audits: Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections.
  • Prepares check voucher and filing of accounting documents.
  • Issued invoice/receipt to the clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Other task assigned by the immediate superior.


Requirements

  • B.S. degree in accounting, Finance or any related field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years relevant work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations.
  • Knowledge of office equipment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Good communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Willing to work in Makati City.
  • Willing to work in the office from M-F.  
  • Willing to do field works.
  • Can start on December 16, 2024.
