• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements for South Bacolod General Hospital & Medical Center Inc.
• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role, including AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, etc.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes along with tax preparation and audit engagements.
• Implement internal controls and process improvements to ensure financial integrity.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience Level:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
