QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy is preferred, but business courses may be considered.
• Computer literate and adapts quickly to software or systems used in the workplace.
• Manage internal and external communication channels (in person, via phone, or email) with professionalism, discretion, and clarity.
• Shows eagerness to improve & take on more responsibility.
• Takes initiative to find solutions or improve workflow.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with focus on efficiency and time management.
• Open to doing fieldwork and rendering overtime if needed.

TASKS:

• Prepare the daily cash report and accurately send & verify all electronic payments.
• Generate and enter detailed journal entries for all cash movements, loans, and interest earned or paid.
• Carefully check and reconcile key balance sheet accounts (like Cash and Loans) at the end of each month to prepare for financial closing.
• Keep all essential banking agreements and documents organized and up-to-date.
• Strictly follow all internal rules and banking policies.
• Organize and maintain all paperwork related to cash and debt so it's readily available for internal and external auditors.
