Job Summary:

Accounting Supervisor (for Accounts Payable) oversees the daily accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor transactions. The role supervises AP staff, maintains compliance with company policies, and supports financial reporting and month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the Accounts Payable team.
• Review and approve invoices, payment requests, and vendor reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
• Monitor AP aging and resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare AP-related reports and support audits.
• Must be a resident of Cavite Province

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years work related experience under supervisory level is a must
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge in S.A.P software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be a resident of Imus Cavite or nearby location.
• Can immediately start.
