Job Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology
- Processing of payables ensuring supporting documents and approval are complete in preparing vouchers and payments
- Posting of paid invoices to SAGE system
- Preparing monthly disbursement summary to be submitted
- Online transaction of payment to suppliers
- Monitoring of Daily bank balance
- Monitoring of expenses subject for liquidation
- Preparation of checks for urgent payables
- Handling of petty cash fund and preparing petty cash replenishment
- Preparing of billing
- Maintaining ethical standards and integrity in financial matters
- Teamwork skills
- Trustworthy and diligent
