ACCOUNTING STAFF

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform daily bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies, bank transaction 
• Prepare checks, bank transfer and other payment transactions
• Releasing and turnover of checks 
• Prepare forms and filing 
• Record treasury transaction accurately in the accounting system
• Proficient in microsoft excel and word
• Checking and encoding of petty cash
• Perform other treasury and accounting duties as assigned by treasury supervisor/finance supervisor/manager
• Monitor due dates of payables and ensure timely payment to suppliers and service.
• Meticulous to details 

QUALIFICATION:

- BS Accounting / Financial Management graduate

- Willing to render overtime

- Self driven

- Highly motivated

SALARY OFFER 

Salary: 15,290

Meal Allowance: 2,200

SC: Est. 6000

Php 23, 490

Plus allowance depending on experience

WORK SCHEDULE: 

MONDAY - FRIDAY

6:30 AM - 3:30 PM

(Saturday if needed)
