Job Responsibilities:

• Process and encode invoices accurately and timely.
• Check invoices and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in preparing and processing accounting documents and memos.
• Maintain and organize accounting records and files.
• Assist with data entry and basic accounting tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding invoices and accounting documents.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related course.
• With relevant accounting experience is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting procedures.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on a 5-month reliever contract.
