Description
- Oversee and manage the accounting department and its functions.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits and tax returns.
- Develop budgets and financial forecasting.
- Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level:3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Skills and Competencies:Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Qualities and Traits:Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits:Detail-oriented and analytical thinker.
