- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial statements in accordance with regulatory guidelines and accounting standards.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls to mitigate risks and enhance accuracy.
- Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and training to ensure professional growth and adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving any discrepancies.
