- Manage and mentor the accounting team to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and financial health.
- Conduct audits and ensure accuracy in financial reporting and tax compliance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
