Lead financial operations.
Manage accounting records, financial statements, tax compliance, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
Oversee accounts receivable/payable, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition processes.
Implement financial controls and budgeting systems aligned with industry best practices to maximize profitability and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support strategic planning and operational decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; advanced degree or professional certification (such as CPA) preferred.
3 - 5 years of proven experience in accounting management or supervisory role.
Expertise in budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial management, financial analysis, and preparing financial statements and reports.
Oversee daily financial operations, manage accounting team, develop financial strategies, ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and present financial reports to senior management.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail; adept at problem-solving and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
