Directing the Finance and Accounting function to ensure accurate and timely closing of books and financial reporting for internal and external purposes.
Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost and Financial Analysis
Ensures that corporate documents (BIR, SEC, etc.) are up-to-date and available.
Oversees timely month and year-end closing and reporting.
Participates in budget planning when requested.
Double check custom/import documents like IED, AFTA etc.
Verifies corporate income tax due based on available information.
Liaises with external auditor regarding fiscal and year-end audit.
Focal point with the BIR during tax audit(s) and other relevant matters.
Reviews bi-monthly payroll for submission to MP/MD
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.
Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management.
Skills and Competencies: Expertise in financial management, audit processes, and financial reporting; proficient in QuickBooks and financial analysis.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee accounting department, prepare financial statements, manage audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Working Conditions: Office-based environment with occasional overtime during financial closes.
