Accounting SoftwareQuickBooks/SAP

Description

  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records.
  • Support the preparation of monthly budget, financial statements and reports.
  • Help with accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts..
  • Support the finance team with special projects as needed.
  • Bank reconciliations 
  • Interest in financial analysis / valuation 
  • Proper filing of financial documentations 
  • Assist in the preparation of payments 
  • Provide support in company processes related to finance in order to maintain compliance with laws and industry regulations
  • Financial, Budget and competitive analysis 
  • Reconciling wip & accrued income accounts 
  • Ad-hoc projects related to other financial duties as required


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
