Description

  • Data Entry: Accurately record sales transactions and manage financial records specific to jewelry sales.
  • Accounts Management: Assist with accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Inventory Reconciliation: Help reconcile inventory records with financial statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Documentation: Organize and maintain financial documents related to purchases and sales of jewelry.
  • Reporting: Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly closing activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in accounting or retail finance preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
