Description

  • Provides direct supervision of Accounting Department, including but not limited to;
  • Conducts monthly meeting with staff
  • Setting Goals and Targets of each accounting staff
  • Gives instructions to staff under his/her direct supervision, provide task and responsibilities, ensure effective coordination with other departments/division that will affect Accounting Department
  • Oversees/monitors goals/task set by the Management
  • Recommends changes and improvement to ACE MCL Accounting Policies
  • Prepares and approves all monthly financial reports
  • Prepare Journal Entry Vouchers (JEV)
  • Approve payroll summary
  • Prepare amortization for loans
  • Record various expenses debited from ACE MCL Bank account
  • Prepare monthly accruals
  • Manages and updates chart of accounts
  • Approves all vouchers and invoices
  • Handles payments and maintain records pertaining to stocks.
  • Perform related task as may be assigned.

Requirement

  • Resume
  • Updated PRC ID
  • Diploma / Transcript of Records
  • Certificate of Trainings attended, if there's any
  • Certificate of Employment (preferably in hospital experience), if there's any
