Conducting three-way matching by comparing the details in purchase order to goods received (receiving report) to the invoice to determine if the amount due should be paid in partial or in full.
Recalculation of amount due indicated in the invoice to ensure that the amount to be paid is accurate.
Verifying ambiguous information noted in various documents to the person in charge to avoid any discrepancies.
Making journal entries in the General Journal System based on the vouched or verified documents received.
Printing of checks payable to eligible payee.
Double checking of checks’ information before releasing to the specific supplier/s.
Printing of BIR Form 2307 from Quick Financial System.
Releasing of checks to various payee.
Creating of VAT, EWT and Expense Reports to be submitted to auditors.
Cross-checking of received documents related to releasing charges in duties and taxes.

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy-5 year course.
Have an almost 1 year of experience working on various Accounts Payable transactions, including investigation of any discrepancies noted on the related documents up to release of payment to specific payee.
Have knowledge in navigating the General Journal System /Quick Financial System.
