We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.

• Complying with all company, local and national accounting and financial regulations
• Maintaining accurate financial records while compiling, analysing and reporting financial data
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and all other special reports requested by the management
• Assist in payroll accounting and mandatory reporting
• Assisting in the computation of any tax related concerns and provision of optimal tax strategies
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Assisting in all audit preparation, investigation and resolution of audit findings, account discrepancies and issues of non- compliance
• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting
• Assisting the management in decision making process by preparing financial analyses and reports and providing recommendations
• Contributing to the development of accounting policies and procedures
• Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned

• Must be a graduate of Accountancy or BSBA Major in Accounting
• Preferably 2 - 5 years of working experience
