Assist in the Preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts to ensure accurate balances.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain and update accounting ledgers by posting and verifying transactions.
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Support audits and tax filings by preparing required documentation.
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment inquiries.
Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and time- management skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Odoo)
