Accounting Analyst – Job Description:

• Prepares and reviews financial records and accounting reports
• Monitors accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconciles bank statements and verifies financial data
• Analyzes accounting entries and identifies discrepancies
• Prepares invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents
• Ensures accuracy and compliance with accounting procedures
• Maintains organized filing of financial records
• Coordinates with other departments regarding financial concerns
• Provides reports and updates to management

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related course
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and procedures
• Familiar with MS Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling data
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organized and can manage multiple tasks
• Responsible, trustworthy, and can work independently or with a team
