• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly preferred
• With at least 1–2 years of solid experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and bookkeeping functions
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in preparation of journal entries, accounts reconciliation, bookkeeping, and accurate financial statements/reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism and integrity
• Capable of working independently, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple accounting tasks efficiently
• Preferably residing near or at Concepcion, Tarlac

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records, bookkeeping, and financial transactions

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports

• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

• Process invoices, reimbursements, and government remittances accurately and on time

• Assist in bank reconciliations, audits, and financial analysis

• Maintain confidentiality of financial records and sensitive information

• Utilize Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting software efficiently

• Complete accounting tasks within deadlines with accuracy and professionalism
