Accounting Staff

Job Summary

The Accounting Staff is responsible for recording financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and journal entries.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in payroll processing and bank reconciliation.
Prepare financial and tax-related reports.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
Assist during audits and perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and government compliance.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
