Job Summary

• Assists in monitoring and recording inventory-related transactions to ensure accurate financial and stock records

• Supports coordination between accounting and warehouse/logistics teams

Key Responsibilities

• Record and update inventory transactions in the accounting system

• Reconcile inventory balances with physical stock and warehouse records

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams on stock movements (inbound, outbound, backload)

• Assist in preparing inventory reports and documentation

• Monitor and report discrepancies between actual and recorded inventory

• Support periodic inventory counts and audits

• Ensure proper documentation of all inventory-related transactions
