Qualifications:

• Graduate of a 4-year business course (Financial Accounting or equivalent is an advantage)
• Good communication skills, with strong oral and written English proficiency, as the role will support Australia operations
• At least 1–2 years of experience in disbursement or related accounting functions

Job description:

• Check payment requests, invoices, and purchase orders for completeness, accuracy, and proper authorization before release.
• Record all cash inflows and outflows daily in accordance with financial regulations.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of disbursement records against bank statements.
• Provide organized ledgers, disbursement vouchers, and supporting receipts during internal or external audits.
• Adhere to corporate financial guidelines and cross-border regulatory standards.
