• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the BPO industry
• Strong knowledge of BPO KPIs and operational metrics
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire team members
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor KPIs, attendance, productivity, and quality.
• Conduct coaching and provide regular feedback to agents.
• Handle escalated customer and operational concerns.
• Conduct team huddles and communicate updates.
• Prepare performance reports and action plans.
• Coordinate with management and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies.
