Description
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote insurance products.
- Analyze market trends and consumer data to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches.
- Enhance brand awareness through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Ensure sales quota/budget are met
- Maintain good relationships with the assigned brokers & direct accounts.
- Tracks sales pipeline and ensures that agreed TAT on quotation and policy issuance are met.
- Responsible for premium collection based on assigned brokers and direct clients.
- Assists brokers and clients with their claims, if and when necessary.
- Provides sales reports and performance of the assigned brokers.
- Ensures that policies and quotes sent are correct.
- Visits assigned brokers regularly.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
- Proficient in report generation, strong administrative and clerical skills, and a solid understanding of marketing principles.
- With working experience in a non-life insurance company
