Job Summary

New RBW Marketing Inc. is looking for a results-driven Modern Trade Account Specialist to manage, protect, and expand our business-to-business (B2B) relationships. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for major supermarket chains, grocery outlets, and foodservice institutions within your assigned territory. Your core objective is to maximize product placements, hit aggressive sales quotas, and secure long-term client retention.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Account Retention & Growth: Maintain strong relationships with existing institutional buyers and supermarket category managers to ensure steady monthly order volumes.
• B2B Client Acquisition: Actively prospect, pitch, and onboard new institutional accounts, hotels, restaurants, and catering services (HORECA) to expand regional market share.
• Merchandising & Placement Management: Negotiate for prime shelf space, handle product display setups, and ensure maximum brand visibility inside retail stores.
• Field Monitoring & Inventory Audits: Conduct regular in-person site visits to assess inventory levels, prevent stock-outs, and ensure our products are priced correctly according to company guidelines.
• Collection & Credit Control: Monitor client payment schedules, follow up on outstanding invoices, and reconcile ledger accounts to minimize bad debts.
• Market Intelligence: Gather and report field insights regarding competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches to the sales management team.
• Sales Administration: Complete daily and weekly sales logs, delivery trackers, and account status reports accurately using the company's reporting system.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any business-related course.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales, key account management, or field sales within the FMCG or food distribution industry.
• Field Mobility: Must possess a valid driver's license and own a personal motorcycle or vehicle for daily field visits and account rotations.
• Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, account management abilities, and clear communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
• Work Ethic: Highly disciplined, target-oriented, and comfortable working under the pressure of monthly sales quotas.
