Bachelor's degree in any business-related course with at least one year of experience in a construction or real estate companies handling documentation and control on housing application.
Processes buyer's loan application (loan document signing, and other pertinent documents from reservation, creditor's approval, and creation of buyer's record up to the move-in process).
Communicate information orally and in the form of presentations or written reports and the knowledge of how to provide clear and understandable instructions to colleagues, clients, customers and superiors.
Manage tasks and accomplish them at a given time and schedule ensuring the accuracy of the job and productivity.
Operate and familiar with different software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Spread Sheet, Adobe) and other required departmental or company software.
