Description

The Account Manager is responsible for managing top accounts and projects, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.


Duties include but are not limited to the following:


• Coordinate activities involving sales.

• Create opportunities for account growth and new business.

• Works with the project team to maintain knowledge of the on-going projects.

• Assist in resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service.

• Coordinate with the design team to make sure that the propose design is accurate.

• Coordinate with the accounting department on price schedules

• Coordinate with the administration department on other administrative work.


Responsibilities

• Ensures attainment of company sales quota and profitability

• Responsible for correct submission of tender and proposal

• Responsible in creating new account

• Responsible in maintaining good relationship with the existing account 

• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes 

Requirement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong business orientation

• Knowledgeable in AV/IT system integration

• Knowledgeable in training and development concept tools and techniques

• Analytical and meticulous to details

• Preferably with government bid preparation experience
