  • Account Management: Monitor client accounts, ensuring accurate records and compliance with policies.
  • Problem Resolution: Address client concerns and inquiries, providing solutions and guidance.
  • Market Research: Gather insights on client needs and market trends to inform service improvements.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and provide regular updates to management.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
