We are looking for a dedicated Field Officer to join our team. The Field Officer will be responsible for implementing programs in the community, conducting assessments, and building relationships with local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to gather data and assess community needs.

• Implement programs and initiatives effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress and impact.
• Prepare reports on activities and findings.

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, community development, or a related field.
• Previous experience in community work or outreach is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
