Description

As Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our client partnerships, primarily provides support and assistance to the Associate Account Director and the needs and requirements of the Business Unit. He/She helps in managing projects/campaigns and its implementation. You will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our agency, demonstrating exceptional communication and project management skills. Your ability to build strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance will contribute to the overall success and growth of our agency.


• Maintain and sustain strong client relationships by gaining a deep understanding of their business needs, objectives, and challenges.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.

• Actively support in providing strategic insights and recommendations to ensure success of marketing campaigns.

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring they are accomplished on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and content teams, to drive the successful execution of client projects.

• Work closely with clients to develop marketing and communication strategies that align with their business goals.

• Address client feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Manage project budgets and ensure that campaigns are delivered within agreed-upon financial parameters.

• Monitor expenses, track costs, and provide financial reporting to clients.

• Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing advertising, and digital marketing principles and concepts
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
