Description

As an Account Director, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and leading a creative team across ATL, BTL, and digital marketing projects. You’ll oversee both B2B and B2C accounts, ensuring the delivery of effective, results-driven campaigns.



  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Campaign Oversight: Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team that includes Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, multimedia artists, and video editors, ensuring collaboration and quality.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient delivery of campaigns on time and within scope.
  • Strategy: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with client goals and market trends.

Requirements

KPIs:


  • Revenue Growth: Increase revenue and securing new clients.
  • Client Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through strong relationship management and delivering consistent results.
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Track and report on campaign performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.



Required Skills and Experience:


  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and managing high-profile B2B and B2C accounts.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Amenable to hybrid work set-up.
