Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using modern development practices.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces and scalable backend services.
• Design, optimize, and maintain secure database architectures.
• Translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Lead code reviews, debugging, testing, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation, deployment processes, and system stability.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and systems.
• Implement secure coding standards and ensure compliance with software development best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies that improve software performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
• Take ownership of projects from planning through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product teams to design and deliver innovative software features.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in Full Stack Development.
• Experience leading software development projects or technical teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Experience building scalable web applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with ReactJS, NestJS, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Cloudflare, or DigitalOcean is highly preferred.

Work Setup: Fully Remote (Quarterly Offsite Activities)
