As a Ticket Management Agent (CSR) you are expected to answer queries, guide customers, and solve problems or issues experience by clients regarding the products/service in forms including chat, email, phone support.

What are we looking for?

• Open for High School /K-12 Graduate or University Degree
• At least 6 months of CCE for a voice support
• Can Communicate in English
• Willing to work in Makati 
• TIP: Have your SSS and PAG-IBIG numbers ready for faster application processing!
