The Booking Officer is responsible for receiving, processing, and coordinating transport bookings for clients. This role ensures accurate scheduling of vehicles and drivers, timely service delivery, and proper coordination between customers, drivers, and operations staff.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: College level, preferably college graduate

Experience in booking, dispatch, logistics, or transportation is an advantage

Good communication and customer service skills

Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, booking systems)

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Detail-oriented and well-organized

Willing to work flexible schedules if needed

Salary Range: Php 15,000.00 – Php 20,000.00
