Sales Manager

The Sales Manager leads and drives all sales initiatives across VDC branches to achieve revenue targets, support outstanding patient experience, and strengthen brand visibility. This role oversees sales strategies, lead conversion, team development, and customer engagement efforts both in-clinic and through digital platforms.

II. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual quotas across all branches.
• Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitor movement to drive business expansion.
• Implement promotional campaigns, pricing initiatives, bundled services, and upselling tactics.
• Analyze sales results and recommend corrective actions or business enhancements.

Team Management & Development

• Lead, mentor, and motivate sales-driven front office and branch teams to deliver service and conversion excellence.
• Conduct sales training, coaching, and capacity-building sessions.
• Track performance metrics and implement improvement plans where necessary.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered service.

Lead Management & Patient Conversion

• Manage high-value leads and ensure timely follow-ups and conversion.
• Supervise patient inquiries, online bookings, and walk-in customer handling.
• Coordinate with branches to optimize patient flow and target fulfillment.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and repeat patients to maximize retention.

Customer Experience & Escalations

• Oversee and resolve patient concerns escalated from branches.
• Ensure excellent service recovery and uphold brand reputation.
• Promote a consistent patient experience aligned with company values.

Social Media & Digital Engagement

• Lead online engagement efforts to ensure prompt, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries.
• Coordinate with marketing for promotional execution, content integration, and lead funnel optimization.
• Monitor performance of digital platforms contributing to patient traffic and conversion.

Behavior & skills needed

- Graduate of Marketing, Business, or any related course

- Proven sales experience

- At least 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset

- Social media and digital engagement savvy
