- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Provide safety training and guidance to employees.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports.
- Promote a culture of safety within the organization.
- Collaborate with management to improve safety measures.
- Job Title: Safety Officer
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in safety management.
- Skills and Competencies: NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA certifications, strong written and verbal communication skills, evaluation, and operations management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure a safe work environment, conduct safety audits, implement safety policies, and provide training.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in oil and gas settings, may require fieldwork.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and effective teamwork.
- Work Location: Willing to work in Saudi Arabia, ARAMCO PROJECTS
