USRN Training Specialist

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 year of BPO/CPO Utilization Review experience, preferably with teaching experience (academe background is okay)

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
• Develop and update training materials, guides, and learning resources.
• Assess training effectiveness and identify learning gaps.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance support to team members.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure training aligns with business and client requirements.
• Monitor trainee progress and maintain training records and reports.
• Support process improvements and the implementation of new workflows or policies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for clinical and operational questions.
